Roy has over 30 years of experience in software engineering and information technology. Roy joined ARC in 2011 and continues to work on improving the software solutions and consulting to ARC’s clients. He is skilled in all phases of the project life cycle, from conception through implementation and enhancement. Roy has extensive experience in web and database technologies.
As Director of Software Development, Roy looks for ways to improve ARC’s software offerings and expanding ARC’s current role in the IT arena through consulting.
Roy spends his free time with his family.
