Bryan F. Miller, FSA, MAAA

Senior Consulting Actuary

 

Bryan has over 36 years of experience as an actuary. After assignments in group pension, health, life and credit insurance with a large East Coast insurance company, he spent the last 30 years in health insurance, including over 12 years in the Chief Actuary role. Bryan retired from this company in early 2016 and then joined ARC.

 

Bryan is experienced in nearly every facet of health insurance product design, pricing and analysis. He has been involved in state and federal health care reform issues for over 20 years, including the Affordable Care Act. Bryan has managed individual, small employer, large employer, self-funded, Medicare and Medicaid blocks of business.
